- Handling telephonic & walk-In inquiries.
- Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.
- To train Tele-callers and convert their leads into prospects.
- To respond to inquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins).
- Convert the inquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
- To involve in promotional activities of Universities and available courses.
- To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration.
- To ensure that the admission sales target are met for the team & individually.
- Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses and colleges in India.
- To provide detailed information of available courses to prospective students and to brief process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order for Admission requirements for various courses and Universities.
